Phinance S.A., is one of the largest financial advisory companies in Poland, with 45 branches in our country and a base of more than 1,000 advisors.
Phinance offers more than 970 products that include mortgages, property insurance, life insurance, equity investments, and savings programs. The client was looking for a partner to create, maintain and develop an Intranet system for more than two thousand active users to manage and automate processes in the organization and communicate effectively within the company. We began by analyzing and expanding the Intranet that was currently in operation at Phinance. This allowed us to comprehensively identify the client's needs and requirements. Our work resulted in a fast and reliable system with a completely new architecture and functionalities tailored to the client's expectations. The implementation of the software allowed the client to accelerate the deployment of new associates thanks to a training module and a knowledge base of the products offered. More effective management and planning of team development by sales managers through the use of a calendar module with the possibility of integration with external calendars, a career path module with current information on sales results and forecasts, and promotions of individual associates. Improving internal communication through the ability to assign priorities, select target groups of messages and present the company's sales results. Tools to facilitate daily work and increase the efficiency of salespeople allowing planning of activities, integration with the Call Center, contact with external partners, invoicing and an incentive system. Our cooperation with Phinance has lasted continuously for more than 6 years, providing during this time service support and continuous expansion of the application with new modules.
Biomass Media Group Sp. z o.o. is the publisher of the trade magazine "Biomass Magazine" with a circulation of over 4,000 copies.
In addition to publishing, the company also organizes conferences and industry meetings, creating a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience in the topics of pellets, biogas and biomass heating equipment. We have been providing IT solutions for Biomass Media Group since 2016. The main task is to create dedicated applications for the operation of the entire publishing group. In 2020, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the client approached us with the need to prepare a system that would enable the implementation of an industry conference in a hybrid and online model. Previous long-term cooperation with the client and knowledge of the specifics of the industry resulted in the implementation of a solution that fully meets the needs of the client in less than three months. With our system, the client has the ability to hold live video conferences on a web platform with paid access for participants and the option to create virtual advertising booths for partners and event sponsors. Key in this project was attention to the best practices of cooperation, both in terms of hard competencies (application speed, design, security) and soft competencies (timeliness, form of communication). Also of great importance was the trust and openness of Biomass Media Group to the solutions we proposed. Solarika, which specializes in the design and construction of photovoltaic installations. The customer began working with ReSymbio in 2021.
The goal was to create a dedicated application to automate the process of designing, quoting and billing for photovoltaic installations. Before developing the system, we made an analysis of the photovoltaic industry, so that the developers creating the application would use the professional language of the industry. Thanks to this, communication with the client was very smooth. All stages of work (analysis, pricing, test implementation, production implementation) were completed in 3 months. Thanks to the implementation of the CRM system we designed, salespeople received a tool for the rapid design of photovoltaic installations with the ability to select the most optimal components and forecast the savings generated by the designed photovoltaic installation. Bid preparation time was reduced from 3 hours to 5 minutes. At the same time, the system has eliminated 100% of errors related to traders' billing. The system is being developed all the time, and ReSymbio guarantees the availability of a team to implement new features.
MM Cars is an authorized car dealership, carrying such brands as Land Rover, Jaguar, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Hyundai and Opel.
Their network of showrooms is located in five cities in Poland - Katowice, Zabrze, Wroclaw, Lubin and Warsaw. Their offer includes both new and used cars, as well as full service. The client contacted us to design software to handle sales of car parts. The CRM system we created, called “Parts”, allowed us to significantly shorten and streamline the customer service process, and thanks to the exchange rate module, foreign customer service was also introduced. The software has integration with DMS Flex and DMS Autostacja systems. The product search tool designed by us finds parts suitable for a given brand and model of car, while indicating which parts are applicable to many models. The system allows it to indicate the best price for a given part from a list of all available suppliers, which has resulted in significant savings on the part of the customer.
